Wondering if anyone else is having the same problem - only happens on the phone. You get the message in between pages - "You Have Been Banned From This Forum" You just refresh the page and it goes away. Strange thing is it happens when you're not logged in. It's a pain in the ball bag. Unless you're letting me down gently, mods, can this be looked at?  |

I'll be asking for a team leader as soon as I get through to someone, shocking customer service. I'd heard rumours about how bad it was but wasn't expecting this. I've been hanging on the line for a few days now, the hold music is shite.
