And French wine is over-rated. The odd Bordeaux aside, it's bobbins. Italians and Spanish do it much better on the food and wine front.
Agreed on the French wine front, but I am not a fan of Italian wines either - Spanish better than French or Italian, but personally prefer South American (Maipo Valley) or dare I say it Australian wines (McLaren Vale / Barossa).

'Dim sum' is the Cantonese pronunciation of ηΉεΏ, so probably Yale romanisation.
Wade-Giles and Hanyu Pinyin are romanisation systems for Mandarin. Mandarin speakers pronounce ηΉεΏ as 'dian xin'.
