BT must have a huge network to process the amount of BANTS I post.

VM has always been brilliant network stability-wise, which is a godsend given the fact their call centres are crap (apart from Retentions in Sheffield and Belshill).
You really notice when there's a network issue as it's few and far between compared to BT.

You really notice when there's a network issue as it's few and far between compared to BT. Down for 9 days just before Christmas with the whole family having a meltdown and now the last 24 hours and the associated panic that it may be longer ahead of a long weekend and it still pisses over BT and their asian call centre.

I've used up my 20GB data allowance on my fucking phone Zooming the living shit out of the day and having to download a massive presentation - I had to upgrade my contract to unlimited data or get charged £8 per gig and I'm only on day 3 of my current month.

Had only two issues with Sky Broadband in 7 years and that was a junction box (OpenReach property) problem.

Had only two issues with Sky Broadband in 7 years and that was a junction box (OpenReach property) problem. I’ve had two issues in ten years, but they’ve been recently. BT and Plusnet were relentlessly fucking shit.

VM has been very hit and miss for me as of late, Granto. It's playing up a hell of a lot and I'm not happy considering I'm paying nearly £70 a month for the basic tv package and my t'internet (not forgotting the phone line I never use).

Fuck getting tied into a tv deal with any of these motherfuckers, it’s a rip-off. BT try it with the european football.
Binned off, plusNet don’t charge you for any extras and are from Yorkshire so think they are the best at everything. Only paying about 30 sovs to boot.
