Fat boy slim under different guises has actually made some credible music. He's still a cunt though. Alex P is responsible for being part of and starting an entire music movement. How the fuck he can be a chancer is beyond me. Rampling also, as much as he's a smarmy twat and is imo an absolutely shit DJ who plays shit music, he is responsible for starting off a music scene the whole of the country and probably the world has benefited from. He was there right at the start and was a pioneer of the scene. You simply can't be a chancer with those creds. Same a Richards. Had 2 of the best residencies the country has ever seen. Chancer? Lol. I'd love to hear why.

Maybe we need to clarify what the definition of chancer is.
chancer : noun INFORMAL•BRITISH
a person who exploits any opportunity to further their own ends

However, I do remember reading a tale about how some Irish blokes booked her for a gig and she was a 'complete c*nt' to deal with from beginning to end. I remember that. All she kept saying was "it's fucking freezing". Comer hasnt booked her since.

She was relevant to her scene until it lasted.
This describes it better.

Not sure if when absolutely battered and saying 'let's get the decks out here' and inadvertently sowing the seeds of the Space Terrace makes Alex P "responsible for being part of and starting an entire music movement."

Someone had to smallmind, he's definitely a lot more relevant than a pointless cunt like you anyway. Thank fuck it wasn't some insufferable twat that reminded everyone every 5 minutes it was them. Remind you of anyone?

And if sowing the seeds of the most legendary terrace on the planet doesn't make you a legend then go and boil your head. Tit.

A 'movement' is how I would describe an Alex P set.

Jeremy Healy always reminded me of the fella with the sax in the Lost Boys if he had gone in hard with the crack pipe.

Seth Troxler – clocked him when I saw him pictured in a photo shoot holding up a Trax repress that he prolly bought from HMV. Suprisingly for someone that worked in a record shop didn’t actually have a record collection, so he had to buy someone elses. Has managed to hoodwink everyone from Laurent Garnier to the whole population of Chelmsford. The absolute epitome of a DJ product, someone that has got a great agent to propel them to celebrity Dj status. An absolute charlatan.
