My dad is 86 and got had in January. Only 370 quid to unlock his laptop. One of the Microsoft scams that said to unlock this ring this number. We took it up with bank and citizens advice but they still did fuck all even though they had their address and number and knew they were operating in Birmingham. They said because he gave them all his details there's nothing they could do. I rang and threatened to kill everyone there which surprisingly didn't work either.
The old boy has been told countless times to never give or enter bank details but he still did it. Bless.

Lol. There’s a supposedly pretty good show on Netflix called Jamtara about all these Indian scammers. I didn’t watch it but it got Big G’s stamp of approval.
