Just knocked up some chunky Guacamole for tonight's Fajitas. Three avocados, half a red onion, juice of a lime, two red chillis finely chopped, some coriander, salt and pepper, splash of lemon juice to finish. Got four-pint cans of Stella in the fridge and some special delivery in the drawer for afters.

I just made a lovely sandwich and got bollocked for using too much mayonnaise. I was using an almost full 600g jar of the fucking stuff. If there is worse infraction to bollocking ratio out there, I'd like to see it.

Living off Simply Cook meals and BBQs at the moment. The kids are happy with the slop from the bottom of the food recycling bin.

Grocery store and cook our own meals, one take away per week or so. I feel like a kid going to McDonalds every time.
