I was meant to go to the Galapagos at Easter, Majorca in May cycling, Glastonbury, Tuscany for a week in August, Vancouver for 5 days in September, New York in October and probably another couple of trips - all up the fucking spout no doubt.
Work are only allowing you to have 15 days holiday left from Sep to Dec.

What makes a person pick Dubai as a holiday destination? Just looks like an air conditioned shopping mall in the desert to me. Perhaps they do a nice omelette sans alcohol for all the infidels? Five star resort on the Palm, am hoping they do an good breakfast omelette. It's an absolute khazi bf. A cultureless vacuum of greed and materialism. Swarming with filthy Russian shithouses and thick Europeans pretending or wishing they were a part of it. A proper cunts place and the worst foreign destination I've ever been to by a country mile. Horrible. Couldn't wait to leave and we only went for 3 days on the way to the Maldives. |

On the three occasions of going to the Maldives we only changed planes at Dubai, never got out of the airport.
Have been reliably informed Dubai has some of the best holiday resorts and restaurants on the planet, will avoid the rude Russians etc

If you end up in Dubai biggsy, please go to this burger joint called Salt (by the beach) for double wagyu sliders and go to Automatic for the shwarmas and mixed fruit juice. Mouth is watering just thinking about it.

Also Burger Fuel. The name is suspect but itโs a brilliant burger.
Some of the best food in the world in Dubai. Might have to squeeze in a trip soon, if SF and Amsterdam doesnโt pan out this year.
Edit: On second thought, the burgers in England are probably superb, so maybe just Salt. I went mental when I was there last because finding a good beef burger, let alone beef by itself, is a chore in India. Defo hit up as much lebanese as you can though.

As long as you want to eat what you eat at home anyway. Unfortunately it's absolutely impossible to avoid the Russian filth. Moschino everywhere. Think Liverpool but the real thing. |
