Only drinking 3 nights per week, put a personal limit on myself to stop me descending into booze-fuelled acedia.
Normally 3-4 small cans of IPA from this booze club someone on here hooked us up with, or Brewdog cans.
How many units is that? That intake seems quite moderate but I suppose it could be a lot.

I had a box of allsorts from Costco, think the OSH was a bit strong, the others were fine.
I cannot drink from cans however, most uncouth.

maybe 2-3 drinks a week, pretty minimal. i've pretty much replaced alcohol with weed, i enjoy it way more now and feel great the next day. i can't handle the hangover more than a couple of times a year.
