The 6 teams in and around relegation will vote for an end to the season with no relegation, won't they? Don't the rules state 14 needed for decision? So 7 votes against any proposal are needed to stop it. I can do the maths Dave, I was just suggesting the bottom six would be against it for starters. Hopefully Everton and it's all sorted. |

I dare say Newcastle might as well since they could be in a relegation scrap if they aren't careful and it seems everyone has forgotten about the FA cup - they may (as nuts as it sounds) say bail on the league but do the cup since it's only 3 or 5 games left.

Fair point. The council house I grew up in was literally down wind from a tannery. No offence like, but I have been to Hull a few times, and objectively speaking it is really the grimmest city in England. Keep your Phillip Larkin (actually a Coventrian) and your cream phone boxes. |

I can't speak for it's current level of shitness as I moved away when i went to uni, but you clearly haven't been to Doncaster or Goole. Hull's bleakness seemed to be creatively invigorating for some. Also Spiders (80s goth club) was an incredibly weird joint, quite unlike anywhere else i've been to since. I had a good laugh in there growing up, used to enjoy the odd galactic gargle blaster which cost about 40p a go. |

14 out of the 20 teams Derm, isn't it? Last time i checked, Brighton were 1 team Correct Hursty . I'll sow a cloth badge onto my denim jacket for any team that votes against βοΈ Brighton were the first to make a proper stance though. |
