I didn’t realise that if there was a tie for places on golf that they gave you back less money - this has never affected me to date and cost me £100 today (Betfair at least). They paid me out a pittance on Rose - I’ve closed my account with the cunts. They claim guaranteed best odds and I defended them aggressively at work on Friday - quite a few got 35 or 40/1 on Molinari elsewhere.

I've had that before with Betfair mate. On the nags usually. You back a horse and then if one pulls out before the race your odds and winnings get slashed AFTER you have confirmed the bet. Piss take
