Gravy with fish and chips is an absolute no no. agreed that it's a no-no with fish and chips but with chips and cheese curds it's fucking lush (poutine!)

When I was student in Liverpool, there was a Chinese on Smithdown Road called Wong's that doubled up as a chippy.

A lad I used to go to school's with old man used to own a fish & chip called in Brighton. What was it called I hear you ask? Frydays. Last time I went out in Bristol - probably about 15 years ago - there was a kebab shop near the Thekla called Abrakebabra. Shit kebabs, magical pun though.

Chinese chippys are as a general rule pretty good.
On another note, I had a battered Mars bar dessert last night as part of a Burns night special menu. It was alright to be honest!
