It's absolutely awful.
Avoid like the plague.

It's absolutely awful. Avoid like the plague. I wouldn't go that far. Certainly eclectic. RA are saying it's the best in the series which is a bit of a stretch though.

RA love anything that's lofty and pretentious.
I thought it was dull, flat and lacked any sort of musical substance.

Finally gave the Skee Mask album a proper listen. Initially thought, oh no is this going to be some aphex twin pretentiousness, but it just gets better and better as you move forward. Solid.

The new Weezer Teal album has been on repeat, could play it at a wedding end to end and get away with it. listened to it on the weekend, there isn't a song on there that's near as good as the original. i'm amazed they still have a career in music after what was a great first album.

It's by no means a masterpiece and it's definitely a guilty pleasure. Obviously not even close to as good as the originals, but I love how true to the originals they are, with that little hint of Weezer in there that makes it their own. I stopped listening to them after being really disappointed with their Green album way back when, but I can still put on the Blue album and Pinkerton and thoroughly enjoy it.
