Agreed. This is a great release! I’m glad it’s not a carbon copy of the 1st Soundgarden mix with disc 1 being downtempo and the 2nd clubby. You can always count on Nick to produce a good mix. His GU Shanghai mix is one of my all time favourites and I’ve been listening to his Balance mix recently and enjoyed it. It’s good to see this as the mixed version on iTunes rather than just the full, unmixed tracks. |

floating points - crush. Had high expectations of this after his last album but this is absolute garbage.its just sounds like a collection of different sounds with no rhythm or flow. A shitterpointing 5/10

Gonna wait until it's released before I pass judgement. I think this year has been pretty poor on the album front compared to last year. |

Will give this a go, I enjoyed the first Soundgarden release.
Quite enjoyed the Martinez Brothers fabric effort as it goes.
Everyone has been banging on about the new Foals album but the Jury's still out as far as I am concerned.

Been listening to Nick Warren's mix over the last few days. It's just like Herman's effort a while back. It's nice music but you'll soon forget about in a short while. |

Every time I've seen him, he's been dece though tbf.

usually quite look forward to midland's release but this is not that great at all. Maybe play it as it lays is ok but the rest is garbage.
CD1 of warren was ok for having in the background whilst working.

Midland 3 hour set in The Quarry at Houghton last summer, highlight of the weekend.
Smashed it out.
Probably a mixture of it being at sunset, crowded, and Sunday evening.
