Enjoyed Billboards. Watched Made in America, with Cruise, and yes he's an absolute fruit of the moon, but he's watchable I'm afraid.

Rob, Have you seen Affleck in A Ghost Story? No, chirpy friday night fodder by the sounds of it?

Cant watch Cruise on the basis of all his crackpot beliefs and all the slime-ball stories his exes have divulged. Proper fucking odd job. Still regularly watch him in Cocktail. That bit where he tears up the cheque oooo yeah!

No different than the Moonies. Give weak susceptible people a hope, a belief system and a feeling of belonging and they'll chop fucking babies up for them. you're fucking kidding me, them too?!

LOL which leads us back to Tom Cruise. in fariness, scientology only works if you're tom cruise, he basically has an army to do his bidding. and i'll vouch for all of the joe rogan episodes that bf mentioned, all worth the time.

Brawl in Cell Block 99. Proper bone crunching flick and Vince Vaughan is actually very convincing as a right old hard as nails anti hero. Found myself really enjoying this.

Never heard of it Millsy, but on the strength of that, it's going on the iPad for next week's flights. That and a solid 93% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Doubt I could conjure up a 93% solid after eating rotten tomatoes. Cap doffed.

He was excellent in Collateral, his best role imo Also thought Collateral was a great film. He was also very good in Minority Report. Very rarely turns out a dud and enjoyed American Made on the flight the other day. Solid 7 out of 10. Nowhere near enough gratuitous drug use though. Barry clearly would have got bang on the powder and the ladies back then. Dunkirk was great and very moving (Two great films to watch on a Plane and both came with a warning about planes in distress) almost made me want to vote leave. Just to stick up Jerry again. The dirty hun! And, also watch IT, again a really good film and a cracking remake/boot. Watched Billboards on the redeye last night but dozed off for about 20mins (which was pretty vital I suspect) so will have to revisit it. I'm fucking tired this morning though, it needs to be 1pm so I can get down the boozer to see me through the afternoon.

Most here will enjoy Brawl in Cell Block 99. Gets very very violent by the end, and a bit silly in the broken limbs/face dept (Think American History X kerb scene), but Vaughan holds it all together really well as the quiet yet likeable psycho with the strength of ten men and a rather valid reason for all the violence which I won't spoil.
