The 30 for 30 series on ESPN is gold. Yeah some are just incredible. Three basketball ones in particular - the Bad Boys Pistons, Fab Five Michigan, and the one about Drazen Petrovic was brutal. Also brutal, the one about football player Junior Seau. "The U" was also very good. The used to be on Netflix but have probably moved over to Disney given ESPN. But maybe different for you all over there. Marathoned the fuck out of a ton of episodes, the missus moved to the guest room on Sunday. Lol. She’s still loving The Last Dance though. Loved The Fab Five and Bad Boys. Nice balance hearing the Pistons’ side of the story. Surprised they haven’t made a movie about the fab five yet. Finished up Chasing Tyson too, which is amazing. Had no idea that the real deal beat Tyson comprehensively in a fight before the the ear bite. What a treat that must have been for the fans during the time. And bizarre the officials let the fight go on after the ear bite. Also, Doc and Darryl - basically about two mad bastards in baseball. Thanks for the link Biggsy! |

Mrs chose Last Kingdom for her pick last night.
Utred, son of Utred, son of Utred made an appearance.
Bad accents, comedy fighting and the odd flash of breas abound.
Terrible from a critical perspective, but passes the time

I quite enjoyed Reckoning. The first couple of episodes are slow, but it is wroth sticking with it.

The Maradona episode was a bit shit though. Enjoyed the Maradona HBO doc. I'd obviously heard of him and knew he was a big deal, but I didn't know he was like a full on fucking cultural phenomenon. |

We finished After Life, tapered off after a good 1st series but overall it was decent. Paul Kaye's character is some buzz.

The Spy is decent but it's really hard to get passed Cohen being badly cast. It's basically Borat but with a more expensive suit.
