Thoughts on the Super Bowl? I can’t beleive the Chiefs are the favourites - everyone disappearing up Mahomes hoop. 49ers defence is gonna be a massive problem for them and the chiefs defence is 25th against the run. What defence do the Chiefs call after what the 49ers did in the Championship game? Garappolo could have a career day with some vicious play-action - Shanahan is fantastic at designing option and play-action schemes.
I’m skiing this weekend, which is a massive fail from my point of view - game kicks off at 12:30am local time - I doubt I’ll make it through

also shocked by the odds. between andy's history of bungling the big moment, and what i would call a more complete team in the 9ers i'm not sure how the bookies reached this conclusion. still, i'm all in for big red. the dude is already a HOF head coach, imo. he just needs the sb to put him over the top.

i'm all over the 9ers, but i think the game could easily go either way by 2 tds. inexplicably, the chiefs' defense has been good the last two months, which complicates things. if it wasn't for that, san fran would be 7 point favorites.

I still think they're suspect against the run though hold tight for andy to design a beautiful series of scripted early drives, go up by 10-14 points, and then slowly watch the game slip away, only to loose by one score and with possession of the ball. |
