Anything off 36 Chambers or Liquid Swords is obviously amazing, so you're right - it's near impossible to pick a top 5.
Not much of their recent stuff has blown me away, only Raekwon's stuff...

This has been on my rap play list for nearly two decades now. Not entirely sure it's aged well, and the music video is embarrassingly comical. Was also a big fan of Ghostface Killah's Iron Man album, dave has that covered.
