Well Tabasco is 3750 on the Scoville-chart and Sriracha is 2200. So it's milder than your previous favorite.

Not strictly chilli sauce but I’ve been nailing 2 x spicy Samyang noodles recently. Properly cleansing.
Mission burrito in oxford do an amazing habenero salsa.
Encona is my favourite breakfast chilli sauce.

This for me hands down, not a hint of vinegar, it's hot as fuck, but also with flavor. They sold this in the Uk in the early 90's. I found it online in Canada recently.
