No insider info I'm afraid - I did hear 5 was supposed to be quite decent and a much needed update for the series? Guess that was bullshit. I've only played the first one.

Currently playing ‘Divinity : Original Sin 2’ - An RPG for real gamers. Taken me about 25 hours to get my head around how to play the fecking thing. Really enjoying it.

I started The Outer Worlds this weekend and have already put about 15 hours in to it.
Fantastic writing and quest design, and it looks amazing.

ahhh I've been meaning to buy for ages. It looks great. I remember the "worth a buy" reviewer on youtube loved it.

ahhh I've been meaning to buy for ages. It looks great. I remember the "worth a buy" reviewer on youtube loved it.
It's very good but it's definitely an old-school RPG so if you're used to things like the Witcher 3, Dragon Age and such like, it can take a lot of getting used to. The game is completely hands off and wants you to figure stuff out yourself which can be cool but also frustrating when you hit a brick wall of not knowing what you're supposed to do to move on or you go to a new area full of vicious bastards who kill you in seconds. I think I'm going to complete it once and then go back and do it again when I can actually play it properly. |
