So I ordered tickets for Bedrock ages ago. Event now postponed. RA emailed weeks ago to say that they’d be in touch, but haven’t heard anything since. Has anyone received a refund for an event yet?

No, because the cunts are holding onto it. I can understand the dilemma they are in, most promoters do fuck all for the average punter, so they should cough up, but while the gig is postponed instead of canceled, they will hold onto the money. |

The Bedrock event has been rescheduled - now being held April 1st 2021.
Have applied for my refund which RA have processed. They laid on the 'support the promoter' line a bit.
