Cranberry for me, though I wouldn’t mind getting my hands on elderflower. Having said that, I currently have a mini box of altoids and it worked wonders after hardcore sesh of Thai boat noodles, pork balls and fried pork wontons. Essential when you have to walk around in Thai humidity after a meal with one of the n95 masks on.

From what I remember about Ricola though, you can’t overdo it otherwise it gives you the shits. There’s warning sign on the packs. Never sat right with me.

Virtually all chewing gum has that warning in too. Sucralose and sorbitol have a laxative effect.
