It doesnt make it not piss just because there's nothing else on tap better in a particular pub. I wouldnt drink any of them and would go to bottles and hope there's something better.
Here I would go my local and have either Estrella, Peroni, Kirin or Sapporo.
In blighty I'd go for something like Erdinger.
