He didn't throw it no doubt it had something to do with the stricter juicing tests in the US is one of the reasons he gassed so bad and wasn't his usual self, its rife is boxing always ways around drug tests more so in UK. Carl has been one guy who has spoke out about it as its not a even playing ground no doubt Warrington was on it against him as he look liked a breast compared to his Selby fight and was relentless for the full 12 no one seen that coming.
