Is that similar to psychometric fingerprinting Vinny? Apparently I've been recruited twice using this process. Never really understood what it meant though. Just looked it up and still don't haha. Exactly that. Essentially, every business task / activity / job is done best by someone who has a specific set of behavioural characteristics and capabilities. The products my company builds help in two ways: 1) Helping companies to understand what 'good' looks like, so that they can... 2) ... use our assessments to find folks that have those characteristics and capabilities. Remote working is the same - some find it easier than others. Social confidence, autonomy, resilience and adaptability all make for an easier transition for those that are unfamiliar with a virtual working environment, and not everyone has a natural alignment with those kinda behaviours. Obvs, anyone that fails the assessment gets taken out in the street and shot.

Love how Millsy has stepped aboard the gains train. 100 push ups 100 burpees 100 kettlebell swings 100 jump squats 5x30 second mountain climbers 2 min plank and that's just before breakfast.

Haha I'm sold on it Vinny where do I sign?
Yeh I remember them saying you may not have the experience we require but your characteristics say you are exactly what we are after etc. ie racist, bigoted, monkey. That saves anyone else saying it.

This obviously needs to be tailored for each different discipline in a corporation as there is no one size fits all methodology. How does this work for a company that has many differing revenue streams and disparate working environments. For instance my industry is very different depending on the class of business and the work stream for one class may be work intensive for not such a great return whilst my class has punchier numbers but much more of a seasonal breakdown iro revenue streams. A corporation would look to implement the same vision across both streams when it is clear that both have very differing skill sets and behaviours not always dictated by internal factors.

Tell that to places like BCG, PwC etc with all their identi-kit wankers.

I can't answer that dan, I'm sure Vinny will, all I can tell you is two of the largest companies on the planet who I've worked for both use it.

just squared off a job.Packed all my tools away And told the customer that i won't be back until it's safe to do so. I'm just not taking the risk of infecting her, myself or anybody else.
It's just not worth it.
