You'd love my mixes then, H. LOL. Mine too. Though suspect his ears would quickly revolt!

Matt reminds me of the nerds who would only post on GU Music because they thought the folks on GU Life were batshit.

To be fair to Nick Warren, he's just clattered impressively out of upside down.
Fair play

...Pioneer sync is shit anyway, isn't it?
I mean, I have no problem with anyone using it, I was bang into Traktor/D2 controllers for a couple of years, track sync was super-tight and i loved it... but I've stopped even experimenting with the sync button on Pioneers these days, perfectly gridded, quantized tracks still drift like hell IMO, I find mixes tighter without it.

Can't compare mate. I'm rubbish at the DJing. And only ever used and S2
I do know there's a few times I've genuinely thought I'd cracked it, only to realise I've left sync on. It's very good.
Would love to be able to use a rotary though

I'll take imperfections and mixing issues as long as there's a good flow to the music, the tracks are good, and, most importantly, there's VARIETY. I'm a bit tired of the 60 minute, flawlessly blended, only-new-track mixes that sound like one long song. I enjoy them enough, but they don't have much staying power (maybe that's not the point). Also, how many mixes do we hear these days where the BPM doesn't even shift like at all? I get with digital and sync it's not the same as 1200's where the pitch shift is a constant point of attention, but still.

Happy to confirm that Matt is not Matthieu Flares. Other than him having the same cadence, name, ignorance, and attitude, yeah its certainly not him.

John Digweed makes 'mistakes' and you can hear them. Does that mean he doesn't give a fuck anymore? Same with Sasha. It's just that now they don't tend to be as bad. When I used to hear a pots and pans mix I couldn't dance. Now I'm a bit more accepting
