Ok so there's a lot of fuckers who like to cook on here. That's all gravy but what pans do you use?
We swapped over to induction friendly ones a few years back and have never really replicated the ones we had which turned out to be non induction friendly. We had copper encapsulated ones by a company called T304 who were mainly commercial I think in the UK. That's was in 2000. They had a lifetime warranty and were ace.
Anyway we've had some right shit. Swiss diamond, Jamie Oliver Tefal (LOL) and another sack of shit that slips my mind. Got some decent saucepans now but never found any with a reliable hard wearing non stick surface. All these cunts give long warranty but they never last and they always manage to bullshit their way out of replacing.
No doubt there'll be anti non stickers on here and steel purists but fuck that.
Who's using what? Any recommendations?

Le Creuset for pretty much everything. Had them for an awful long time and they still work brilliantly

Going to be investing in some Le Creuset gear once things open over here.
Lugged a nonstick pan that doesn't require any oil etc from the states, very good. Will check what brand it is in a bit.

All my pans come from Netherton Foundry in Shropshire (I find the prospector pans the most useful as can go straight to oven). None of this non stick coating nonsense, it develops a natural nonstick coating provided you only wash with a pan brush and water, plus very occasional seasoning with oil coating. www.netherton-foundry.co.uk/

Have a load of Le Creuset cast pots which are great for slow cooking and that really are but got 3 Le Creuset stainless steel ones and I kinda prefer them now really tough and a lot lighter got them in an outlet weren’t outrageous either. Pan wise I’ve had loads of different ones over the years from cheap to expensive ones but the best 2 I got was about 8 years ago my mate who is a chef told me to go to a catering/ restaurant wholesalers and everything I’ve bought from has been well priced and top notch

The stainless steel Creuset stuff are good, Heno? I figured the pots etc are great (for slow cooking as you mention) but the pans seemed pretty standard to me.
A lot of stuff was already on discount (based on colour) when I went to the store last, but I plan to push for an additional covid discount when I head there next.
Dermo I figure you already have a proper man's skillet?

Decent induction pans seem really hard to find. We have some Green Pan things and they're shit. Other brands are equally as useless.
The best non-stick pans we've got are M&S ones from about 10 years ago.
Will checkout those Netherton Foundry pans - they look great.

would love a Le Creuset casserole pan as i like the way you can use it on the top or in the oven. Saucepan wise not to fussed as long as the handles don't get hot. The German company Woll make good pots & pans.
