I had food poisoning after a Hawksmoor Sunday lunch and haven’t been on that day since. Which was a shame because it was nice. Try the Delaunay Sunday lunch though - even better imo.... very crispy roasties and beef thats more like a rib eye.

Grant have you given up meat? When and how is that going?

Gave up red meat Sep 18, then everything but fish from Jan. It's all fine to be honest - eating out can be a pain in the arse - I'm allergic to squash, courgette, aubergine, melon etc (similar family and cause me bad acidic indigestion), so menu choices can be very limiting. Love pulses though. Toughest is cutting back on dairy, that's very difficult to give up completely.
It's been done out of guilt, which makes it easier I reckon - don't really think about it too much, certainly don't regret it.

Good man, fair play. Must be a nightmare heading out for grub and someone gets a cracking steak though!

Good man, fair play. Must be a nightmare heading out for grub and someone gets a cracking steak though! I'm well over all that - got roasts sorted out at home too - that's an important hurdle to clear.

In my experience the food is way better at the Delaunay... though haven’t been to the Wolesley for a couple of years.. anyway it’s the roast that is really worth going for imo

Grant - We should open a restaurant. A fusion number featuring our combined knowledge of having eaten at the greatest restaurants the world has to offer. All soundtracked by non stop, glorious, wrecking ball prog.
It will all be great at first - a real hit with punters until that difficult third year, when you decide to split up and go your separate ways due to autistic differences.

I swerve the pair of them.

A Sunday Lunch must be a pile-on affair IMO, none of this 3 roasties nonsense!

Anyone tried intermittent fasting? Been doing a 16:8 fast 2 days a week, with exercise before the end of the fast ... and been feeling wonderful afterwards.

I train 6 days a week, so it's a massive no from me.
