They can do what they want for anything activity they want and they'll just look a cunt, but for segments and PBs, which is the main driver, you can't do that. Not sure I'm following - you get wankers cheating to get segment best times: That isn't cheating. The segment is very short and he's sprinted it - that's what short segments are generally for.

Not an active runner then TBF, I only go running when I'm training for a half marathon so never really give it full whack for the 10km as I've usually for another 6 or 7 miles to go after that. Might try sprinting it this weekend and see what I get.
