I did this lot: Pau Bhaji Tibetan Noodle Soup Madras Fish Curry (with Red Snapper) Butter Chicken (made with Quorn fillets) Prawn Molee Chana Masala Tarka Dal Fuck knows why the tarka dal was so rancid, I reckon I made a mistake somewhere.

I've actually tried Stein's and still didn't find it to hit that restaurant taste. I generally use Atul Kochhar recipes.

Grant as I live in Oz I really miss the UK curry house taste you can't get here. It's a big homesick thingy for me. I would like to replicate it but never get near. I like making all the other stuff but yearn for the blighty curry flavour.

The lamb rogan josh is my favourite in there. Don't eat meat any more, so it's all in the past - Quorn isn't a particularly good substitute.
